How to order a Police clearance certificate in Ukraine on-line?
For citizens of Ukraine.
To order a Certificate, you have to send to Legalization Center the following documents by e-mail:
1. Photocopy of Ukrainian passport. If a client has an old-style Ukrainian passport (as a book), he/she needs to send scans of the 1st and the 2nd pages and a page with information about residence registration. If a client has a new-style passport, in the form of ID-card, he/she needs to send a scan of two sides of the passport and an extract from the National Population Register on registration of place of residence. This extract issues along with a new-style passport.
2. Photocopy of Identification code. In certain situations, the certificate may be ordered in the absence of Identification code.
3. Advise all previous names and surnames in Ukrainian.
4. Inform the goal of the certificate execution.
5. Inform if the certificate needs to be certified by Apostille.
