Certificate of civil status in Moldova

  • Official`s signature;
  • Official stamp of the issuing state institution of the Republic of Moldova;
  • Form series and number.

Certificate of civil status (condition) in Moldova may be required for the registration of marriage outside the Republic of Moldova. Also, this document may be required for the preparation of various notarial documents or acquiring foreign citizenship.
